Melody R. Stein
Melody R. Stein is a landscape architect, writer, and interdisciplinary designer dedicated to the implementation of forefront environmental research through land-based approaches. She is co-director of External Affairs, a strategy and creative agency for the applied sciences. Melody received her Masters in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she was awarded the Jacob Weidenmann Prize for outstanding ability and talent in design. Her thesis, “Wild Rice Waters,” co-authored with Emily Hicks, won the 2019 Landscape Architecture Thesis Prize.
