Nicholas Anthony Brown

Nicholas Anthony Brown is a teacher, writer, and artist based in Massachusetts and Wisconsin. He teaches in the School of Architecture and Department of History at Northeastern University in Boston. Brown’s scholarly and creative work focuses on Indigenous and settler colonial landscapes. He is the co-author of Re-Collecting Black Hawk: Landscape, Memory, and Power in the American Midwest and is currently working on a book about the Pacific Crest Trail
