Andrew Malmuth

Andrew Malmuth is a Ph.D. candidate in sociology at the University of California Los Angeles, where he studies the politics of climate change. His dissertation focuses on the social, political, and environmental dynamics of sea level rise planning on the California coast, and explores strategies for overcoming barriers to climate adaptation. His work has been published in npj Climate Action, Los Angeles Review of Books, and elsewhere. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
