Chris Ballantyne

Chris Ballantyne received his MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute and resides in Brooklyn. Chris has exhibited at such places as Peres Projects in Los Angeles and Berlin, Steven Zevitas in Boston, and recently at Hosfelt Gallery in San Francisco and New York. He was included in the 2006 California Biennial at the Orange County Museum of Art, the 2008 “Worlds Away” exhibition at the Walker Art Center, and “Passageworks” at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. His work is included in the collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
