Chris Moyer

Chris Moyer is a project manager in the planning and development department of the Cambridge Housing Authority.

Moyer holds a BA in art history from Swarthmore College and an M.Arch and MCP  from MIT. His thesis explored the potential of the limited-equity cooperative as a model of decommodified housing for middle-income households, and the essential role that public housing authorities might play in providing development and management services in partnership with local governments and other institutional actors.
