D.J. Waldie

D. J. Waldie is the author of Holy Land: A Suburban Memoir, among other books. He is a contributing writer for Los Angeles magazine, and a contributing editor at the Los Angeles Times. This essay is based on a survey of Lakewood photographs presented by the author at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France in June 2006.
