Douglas Murphy
Douglas Murphy is an author, architect, and academic.
His most recent book, Nincompoopolis (Repeater, 2017) tells the story of the architectural meddlings of Boris Johnson, the last mayor of London. He is also the author of Last Futures (Verso, 2016) and The Architecture of Failure (Zero, 2012). He writes for a wide variety of publications on architecture, art, politics, and culture; teaches in the architecture departments of the Royal College of Art and Central Saint Martins; and lectures widely throughout Europe.
