Emily Hicks

Emily Hicks is a senior designer and project manager at Practice Landscape and president of the Practice Grant, which seeks to open access and expand approaches to landscape architecture and design by funding individuals and groups committed to alternative practices. She received her Master’s in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where her thesis, Wild Rice Waters, co-authored with Melody R. Stein, was awarded the 2019 Landscape Architecture Thesis Prize. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
