Erik Jönsson

Erik Jönsson is a senior lecturer in Human Geography at Uppsala University. Working at the intersection of political ecology and landscape geography, he has a longstanding interest in landscape as both sites that are used as heritage and sites that are inherited material spaces which shape future uses. His earlier research projects focused on urban and rural transformation, future visions, and environmental conflicts.
