Hadley Arnold

Hadley Arnold is a founding co-director of the Arid Lands Institute, an education, outreach and applied research center of Woodbury University in Burbank, California. ALI serves as both a training ground and a nonprofit planning and design-advisory firm, working with partner communities urban and rural to generate a diverse array of water-conserving design strategies.

Arnold was trained in art history at Harvard, served as Associate Editor at the Getty Center for the History of Art and the Humanities, received a Master in Architecture from SCI-Arc, and has taught urban history, theory and design studios at SCI-Arc, UCLA and Woodbury.
