Liz Brogden
Liz Brogden is a lecturer in design at University of Queensland, Australia.
Liz works to advance climate action in architecture, focusing on the role of architecture education within sector-scale sustainability transitions. She believes that research is needed to develop climate literacy in architecture, not only through university program development, but also to inform degree accreditation standards, pathways to registration as an architect, and continuing professional development requirements. Liz leads a cross-university Climate Action and Literacy in Architecture Education project, jointly funded by the Association of Architecture Schools Australasia and the Australian Institute of Architects. She is a 2022 Churchill Fellow.
