Nicholas Ferguson

Nick Ferguson is an artist and academic based in London. His research examines the relationship between art, place, and power, with a recent and ongoing focus on London Heathrow, its neighborhoods and airspace. He will be curating the exhibition and trans-disciplinary program, Air Matters, Learning from Heathrow, at Watermans Arts Centre October 2019 – January 2020, for which he has been awarded an Arts Council England Project Grant. He holds an MA from Oxford University and a PhD from Goldsmiths. He is Associate Dean of Research at Richmond University and Senior Lecturer in Critical and Historical Studies at Kingston School of Art.
