Ruth Dusseault
Ruth Dusseault is a photographer, filmmaker, and educator whose work falls at the intersection of geography and social psychology, documenting utopian expressions as a reflection of the historic present. She has curated exhibitions that merge art and architecture for the District of Columbia Art Center, the Contemporary in Atlanta and the Carnegie Museum; and her awards include grants from the NEA and Artadia Foundation. As an educator, working recently at Emory University and as Artist in Residence at Georgia Tech’s College of Architecture, she teaches digital media and designs special topic courses that address visual thinking across disciplines. Her films and photographs are exhibited and collected internationally.
