Vishaan Chakrabarti

Vishaan Chakrabarti is the founder and creative director of Practice for Architecture and Urbanism | PAU.

Chakrabarti has worked in both the public and private sectors: as a dean at the College of Environmental Design and UC Berkeley; an executive at Related Companies; a director at the New York City Planning Commission; an associate partner at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; and a transportation planner for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
