Rosten Woo
Rosten Woo is a Los Angeles-based artist and designer who works with community organizations and local governments to help people navigate complex systems and participate in group decision-making.
Woo produces civic-scale artworks as a collaborator and consultant to a variety of grassroots and non-profit organizations, such as Little Tokyo Service Center, Los Angeles Poverty Department, Los Angeles Black Worker Center, Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy, the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, and others. His projects have been exhibited at the Cooper Hewitt Design Triennial, Venice Biennale of Architecture, and the Exploratorium, and include several permanent public installations. He is co-founder of the Center for Urban Pedagogy, which won a Cooper Hewitt National Design Award.
